It’s been over a month since I created this thing and I haven’t done much with it since the first few days after I made it. I get bored with web stuff easily and I’m not really happy with the layout of this thing.  Since I have zero artistic ability and little interest in futzing around with it much, don’t expect much improvement.

Definitely disappointed in the spam these blogs generate.  It’s not really that big of a deal since I’ve only gotten about a dozen, but any spam at all annoys me. Learning to minimize that crap.

What’s new in my life you ask? Both kids are graduating in a couple months–daughter from college, son from high school.  Daughter is nervously waiting to hear if she got into grad school. I really hope she gets in, I know it means a lot to her–and us. She’s one of the smartest people I know. Son was accepted at an out-of-state university but wisely decided to attend a local college and save some major $$–this makes me proud. He’s way smarter than he realizes and a very levelheaded guy.

The weather has been beautiful so I’ve been riding Hawgy a little. Just got a new rear tar put on her.  Man, she eats those things up. I guess with my fat arse it’s like riding her two-up all the time. I blew a piece of wheel trim off MINI going way to fast. Boy that was stupid. If I had gotten a ticket… Had to order clips so I could put it on.  Of course shipping was as much as the parts.

My Sweetie-Pie broke her left big toe when she dropped a wooden tray table on it.  She was miserable for about 3 weeks with the pain and having to wear the space boot. She and the kids are on spring break next week. I may have to take a couple of days off to annoy them.

The puppies are getting big and just as funny and cute as ever. This cat lover never expected to love a couple silly-ass dogs this much but I do.

On the political front…wow, these GOP candidates are such a bunch of clowns. I just can’t believe the things that come out of their mouths. Arguing over social issues likes it’s the 1950s. This country is in some deep do do.

Lessee…what else… Put a set of P90s in my Squier tele–loving that. Pulled my 18w clone out of the corner and hooked it up. Created a few image memes, check them out on the meme page.
